Tim McKinney
BROKER
With a B.A. in Finance from the University of Western Ontario, Tim began his career in real estate and appraisal with positions at National Trust, CIBC, Canada Life Assurance, and Journey’s End Corp. In 1990, he returned to his hometown of Belleville, Ontario, and has since built a remarkable career in real estate.

Tim specializes in residential sales and has become a top-performing agent with Re/Max Quinte, earning prestigious accolades including induction into the Re/Max Hall of Fame, annual Titan status, and recognition as the overall top agent. In 2020, Tim and his team achieved the Re/Max Diamond Club Award, showcasing his dedication to excellence.

Tim’s commitment extends beyond real estate; he’s a valued member of the community, actively involved in local organizations such as the Quinte Real Estate Board, Belleville & District Chamber of Commerce, United Way, and more. Currently, he serves as Chair of the Quinte Economic Development Commission, demonstrating his dedication to the region’s growth and prosperity.

Today, Tim’s focus includes residential and commercial real estate, with a specialization in waterfront and luxury properties throughout the Bay of Quinte, including Prince Edward County, Hastings County, and Northumberland County. An entrepreneur at heart, Tim also owns and operates several businesses, including a restaurant, a beauty lounge, and multiple rental properties, both long-term and short-term through platforms like Airbnb.
